EVANSTON, Ill. — An ambulance donated by Loyola Medicine to Ukraine, covered with signatures and messages of support, was blessed ahead of being shipped overseas. On Monday, Archbishop of Chicago Cardinal Blase J. Cupich joined Loyola Medicine leaders, Serhiy Koledov, Consul General of Ukraine in Chicago, and elected officials at a press conference to bless the ambulance and mark the beginning of its long journey to Ukraine. WILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- On Friday, a Wilton man was arrested for allegedly causing a head-on crash on Northern Pines Road. Police charged Glenn D. Clark IV, 28, with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and Alcohol, Criminal Possession of Cannabis in the Third Degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree, Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, and multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. SCHAGHTICOKE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Three Troy men have been arrested after an armed robbery in Schaghticoke, according to police. Ernest Cannon, 29, Stephen Johnston, 30, and Robert Osullivan, 36, are each facing multiple charges. On June 4 at 9:24 a.m., troopers responded to a home on New Turnpike Road in Schaghticoke for the report of a burglary in progress. The police investigation determined that Cannon, Johnston and Osullivan forcibly entered the occupied house allegedly armed with firearms and stole money from the victim. All three men reportedly fled the residence before law enforcement arrived. No one was injured during the burglary. JOHNSTOWN, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Johnstown man has been arrested on kidnapping and attempted murder charges. New York State Police said Luis Gonzalez, 56, was arrested on June 3. ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - An Overland, Missouri, man is charged in connection with an October 2022 fatal hit-and-run accident in north St. Louis County.The accident occurred around 2:50 a.m. on Oct. 11, 2022, at the intersection of St. Charles Rock Road and Normandy Avenue.Police found the victim, Marquist Murray of Wellston, lying on the street after being struck by an SUV. Murray was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Murray was 38.
